1，该工作是做测试系统开发的，偏软件，要求会用Labview或者teststand 、且会使用C等语言。
2，该工作要求有相关的电机控制产品的测试系统开发的项目经验。
3，工作经验要求3年或3年以上。

Job Description 职位描述
1. 负责完成新产品验证的测试方案, 验证测试, 测试报告
Develop testing plan on verification and validation of new product, verify the testing and submit report.
2. 负责完成研发人员提出的针对性实验/试验并提供实验/试验报告, 利用测试人员的优势配合研发人员一起分析并解决研发中出现的技术问题
Execute experiments and tests requested by design engineering and submit reports. Work closely with design engineering to analyze and resolve problems in new product development.
3. 负责生产测试设备的设计、试制和调试和相关文件准备及培训和后续支持
Design, proto-type and debug testing equipment for manufacturing. Provide documentation, training and sustaining support.
4. 参与项目的评审和评估
Participate project assessments and reviews.
Job Specification 职位要求：
1. 电子、电气或自动化类专业学士及以上
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electronics, Electric Engineering or Automatization
2. 熟悉模拟、数字电路和嵌入式单片机电路
Familiar with analog and digital circuits as well as SCM embedded systems.
3. 熟悉测试软件如LabVIEW的应用
Familiar with testing software such as LabVIEW.
4. 熟悉VB, VC, C和汇编语言
Familiar with VB, VC, C and Assembly.
5. 三年以上电子产品自动测试系统开发经验
At least 3 years of experience in development of testing equipment for electronic products.
6. 良好的发现、分析、解决问题的能力
Good skills in finding, analyzing and resolving problems.
7. 良好的独立工作能力、沟通能力和团队合作能力
Capable of working independently, good communication skills, team player.
8. 良好的英语能力
Good command of English language.
