Electrical hardware design of Li-Ion battery system includes BMS, Relais, CSC based on SBL platform.

 

Job Responsibilities：

1. Analyze of customer electrical function requirements and breakdown to HW work packages;

2.    Design of customer specific HW incl. circuit diagram, simulation, pcb;

3. Verification of HW on testbench;

4. Prepare all documentation eg.schematic diagram, pcb drawing, electrical BOM, requirement management);

5. Interface to OEM and SBL for electrical engineering.

 

Position Qualifications:

1. Master of science or PhD in Automotive/ Electrical engineering/Physics;

2. 2-3 years in Li-Ion battery research or development; preferably in HW development;

3. Knowledge Battery management;

4. Systematical, logical and analytical thinking about Automotive Engineering/Electronics;

5. Good spoken & written Chinese & English;

6. Team work and independent work;

7. Initiative;

8. Attention to detail.

 

 

Battery Mechanical Engineer 电池机械设计工程师

 

Mechanical design of battery components, modules and pack.

 

Job Responsibilities：

1. Analyze of customer mechanical requirements and breakdown to mechanical work packages;

2. Design mechanical components and full assembly for battery in UG;

3. Prepare all documentation eg. drawing, order spec, BOM, doors database, assembly guidelines;

4. Localization of mechanical components;

5. Interface to OEM and SBL mechanical engineering.

 

Position Qualification:

1. Bachelor or Master of Science in Automotive/ Mechanical engineering with focus on mechanical design;

2. 2-3 years automotive development experience; preferably in Mechanical design;

3. Systematical, logical and analytical thinking;

4. Good spoken & written Chinese & English;

5. Skills in Unigraphics;

6. Attention to detail;

7. Team work and independent work;

8. Initiative.

 

Battery Software Engineer 电池软件开发工程师

 

Write and modify BMS software according to customer requirements based on SBL platform SW.

 

Job Responsibilities：

1. Analyze of customer SW requirements and breakdown to SW workpackages;

2. Write and modify customer specific High and Low level SW;

3. Verify SW on testbench or battery;

4. Interface to OEM and SBL SW engineering.

 

Position Qualification:

1. Bachelor or Master of science in Automotive/ Electrical engineering with clear focus on SW development;

2. 2-3 years ME7 or MED17 SW development;

3. Systematical, logical and analytical thinking;

4. Good spoken & written Chinese & English;

5. Skill in C programming and debugging;

6. Attention to detail;

7. Team work and independent work;

8. Initiative.

 

 

Battery System Engineer 电池系统开发工程师

 

Coordination of customer requirements, battery functions, system definition and their realization; technical interface to customer。

 

Job Responsibilities：

1. Collect and analyze the customer requirements in battery;

2. Aligning of OEM requirements and platform requirements;

3. Technical Interface to OEM and SBL;

4. Definition of battery function and breakdown to HW, SW, Mechanic and Thermomanagement workpackages;

5. Customer specific application of BMS.

 

Position Qualification:

1. Master of science or PhD in Automotive/ Electrical engineering/Physics;

Overall coordination of customer project

 

Job Responsibilities：

1. Coordinate all activities for battery projects incl. UAES, customer and supplier;

2. Responsible for fulfilling technical requirements as well as quality, cost and delivery targets;

3. Documentation according to UAES standard and customer requirements;

4. Lead Project-team;

5. Project interface to OEM and SBL.

 

Position Qualification:

1. Master of science or PhD in Automotive/ Electrical engineering/Physics;

2. 5 years in automotive development; thereof 2 years in project management;

3. Systematical, logical and analytical thinking about Automotive Engineering/Electronics;

4. Good spoken & written Chinese & English;

5. Leading, convincing and motivating ability;
